PSE-Operator S.A. herein inform about possibility to grant exemption from an obligation to submit a performance bond for a Transmission Services Agreement, under condition that given enterprise is rated at least BBB rating by one of the following agencies:

1. Standard & Poor’s,
2. Moody’s,
3. Fitch ratings.

Therefore, the enterprises rated at least BBB rating and having a valid Transmission Services Agreement, that want to be exempted from an obligation to apply for a performance bond, are asked to submit written request to PSE-Operator S.A.

That will be documented in relevant Annex upon approval by PSE-Operator S.A.
