Announcement of the publication form of Annex to the standard Agreement for the provision of transmission services for the Trading Company, which regulates the conditions of participation in cross-border exchange as from 1 January 2006
Please be informed that on 1 December 2005  the form of the Annex to the standard Agreement for the provision of transmission services was published, which regulates the conditions of participation of the Trading Company in the cross-border exchange as from 1 January  2006. The document is a translation of the standard form of the Annex to the standard Agreement with the Trading Company published in Polish on the Transmission System Operator’s website on 28 November 2005.The form of the Annex to the standard Agreement for the provision of transmission services, prepared by the Transmission System Operator, is a consequence of the implementation of the Rules for coordinated auctions of transmission capacity at the common borders of ČEPS, a.s., E.ON Netz GmbH, PSE-Operator S.A., Slovenská elektrizačná prenosová sústava, a.s., Vattenfall Europe Transmission GmbH for the year 2006.

The Annex form is intended for the Trading Companies being the Participants of the Cross-Border Exchange (UWM) in 2005, i.e. those that have entered into the Agreement for the provision of transmission services with PSE-Operator S.A.

Please also be informed that the consolidated text of the standard Agreement for the provision of transmission services,  which provides for the amendments resulting from the adoption of the Annex form mentioned above, has been published on the Transmission System Operator’s website in the English language version. The Agreement is intended for Trading Companies that currently are not UWMs and will be interested in joining the cross-border exchange maintained by the Transmission System Operator from 1 January  2006.
