Communication of the power Transmission System Operator (TSO) on the extension of the consultation process for amendments to the Instruction of Transmission System Operation and Maintenance (IRiESP) resulting from Revision Sheet No CK/12/2020 to IRiESP - Terms of use, operation, maintenance and planning of network development.

By communication of 11 March 2020, the power Transmission System Operator (TSO) gave notice of amendments planned to be made to the Instruction of Transmission System Operation and Maintenance (IRiESP) resulting from Revision Sheet No CK/12/2020 to IRiESP - Terms of use, operation, maintenance and planning of network development (IRiESP - Use), specified in detail in draft Revision Sheet No CK/12/2020 to IRiESP - Use. At the above date, draft Revision Sheet No CK/12/2020 to IRiESP - Use was posted on the TSO’s website.

However, having regard to the state of epidemic declared in the country and the efforts of the electricity market parties aimed mainly to ensure personnel security and maintain the continuity of business processes, as well as the requests submitted by those parties for extension of the consultation process for draft Revision Sheet No CK/12/2020 to IRiESP - Use, please be advised that, in recognition of the requests from electricity market parties, the deadline for submission of comments on the draft amendments to IRiESP as set forth in Revision Sheet No CK/12/2020 is hereby extended to 8 April 2020.

Please also be advised that the other information contained in the Communication of 11 March 2020 remain unchanged with regard to the place and method of submission of comments on Revision Sheet No CK/12/2020 to IRiESP - Use, i.e. comments on draft Revision Sheet No CK/12/2020 to IRiESP - Use should be submitted:

• in editable form, using the Submission Form for comments on draft Revision Sheet No CK/12/2020 to IRiESP - Use, attached to the Communication of 11 March 2020 and available in the “Documents” tab on the TSO’s website,
• to the fax number or email address stated in the communication (+48 22 242 2192 or instrukcja@pse.pl, respectively), together with a scan of the original form, signed by a duly authorised representative of the party submitting comments.
