Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A., acting as auction office for unilateral explicit auctions for allocation of cross-border capacity on radial interconnection between Poland and Ukraine, Zamość-Dobrotvir (hereinafter “Auction Office”), informs that due to modernization of power station in Zamość, the radial interconnection between Poland and Ukraine will be remodeled. As a result of remodeling, lines Zamość–Dobrotvir and Zamość–Mokre will be combined in one line, Mokre-Dobrotvir (MKR-DOB) which is temporary and will only work during period from November 2025 to July 2027. Same as Zamość-Dobrotvir, Mokre-Dobrotvir will be radial connection (direction: import to Poland).

Due to technical nature of remodeling, it does not affect the rights and obligations of auction participants.

Auction Office informs that:

• Monthly auctions for November and December 2025 will be organized in accordance with current Auction Rules
• Auction Rules (“Rules for monthly auctions of transmission capacity on 220 kV line Zamość‑Dobrotwór - PSE S.A. and NEK UKRENERGO cross border interconnection, organized unilaterally by PSE S.A. in 2025”) published on our website remain valid and will apply for monthly auctions for November 2025 and December 2025;

Auction Office will inform about any further technical modifications and future reconnection of Dobrotvir TPP with power station in Zamość after finalization of the modernization referred to above in separate announcement.
