Communication on results of unilateral monthly auction of transmission capacities on Polish-Ukrainian interconnection for MAY 2016

PSE S.A., acting as Auction Office conducted between 23th March 2016 – 14th April 2016 unilateral monthly auction of transmission capacities on Polish-Ukrainian interconnection (line 220kV Zamość-Dobrotwór) for Reservation Period since 1st May 2016 till 31st May 2016.
PSE S.A. offered on auction for May 2016 on Polish-Ukrainian interconnection transmission capacities in direction UKRENERGO->PSE, in the amount of 220 MW for Reservation Period with the exception that for Reservation Subperiod from 0:00 1st May 2016 to 6:00 4th May 2016 and for Reservation Subperiod from 0:00 11th May 2016 to 24:00 11th May Offered Capacities were reduced to 0 MW.
On 14th April 2016 at 12:00 the deadline for placing Bids has expired. Three Auction Participants were registered and three bids was submitted during the auction for transmission capacities on Polish-Ukrainian interconnection for May 2016.
As a result of the auction PSE S.A. allocated transmission capacities in auction for May 2016 (for Reservation Period since 1st May 2016 till 31st May 2016) on PSE S.A. - NEK UKRENERGO interconnection, in direction NEK UKRENERGO->PSE, in the amount of 220 MW with the exception that for Reservation Subperiod from 0:00 1st May 2016 to 6:00 4th May 2016 and for Reservation Subperiod from 0:00 11th May 2016 to 24:00 11th May Allocated Capacities were reduced to 0 MW.
Auction Price was 0,45 PLN/MWh.
PSE S.A. informs, that the Results of unilateral monthly auction of transmission capacities on PSE S.A. - NEK UKRENERGO interconnection for MAY 2016 are published on its website (www.pse.pl).
