By the decision of District Court for Warsaw, XIV Commercial Registry Division of 9th January 2013 (sign. WA.XIV NS-REJ.KRS/62/13/738) the company name was replaced by the new name:

Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne Spółka Akcyjna

The intention of the change is to assume the name historically associated with the transmission in Poland. The name PSE is the continuation of the tradition of the Transmission System Operator in Poland, indicating a central role in the management of the Polish Power System.

Therefore we ask to use the new name of our Company in the correspondence, invoices, contracts and in other circumstances. Current copy of NCR on January 10, 2013 is available on our website at a new address www.pse.pl/krs.pdf or at the still remaining active www.pse.pl/krs.pdf.

It is allowed to use the following name’s shortcuts:

• Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A.
• PSE S.A.
