DECISION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE ENERGY REGULATORY OFFICE

The President of the Energy Regulatory Office (hereinafter referred to as the “President of the ERO”), by decision ref. no.: DRR.WAR.770.26.5.2026.PRa dated 9 September 2026, approved the amendments to the Capacity Market Rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) specified in the Revision Sheet No. RRM/Z/16/2026.
