Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. with its registered office in Konstancin-Jeziorna, acting as the operator within the Act of 8 December 2017 on Capacity Market (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1854 as amended, hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), according to Section 5.2.2.3 of the Capacity Market Rules, announces the starting and closing dates and times of the pre-auctions for the:

1. Main auction for delivery year 2028 for:
   • the zone, referred to in Article 6(6)(1) of the Act – 24th August 2023 from 00:00 to 23:59.
   • the zone, referred to in Article 6(6)(2) of the Act – 24th August 2023 from 00:00 to 23:59.
   • the zone, referred to in Article 6(6)(3) of the Act – 24th August 2023 from 00:00 to 23:59.

2. Additional auctions for individual quarters of delivery year 2025 for:
   • the zone, referred to in Article 6(6)(1) of the Act – 24th August 2023 from 00:00 to 23:59.
   • the zone, referred to in Article 6(6)(2) of the Act – 24th August 2023 from 00:00 to 23:59.
   • the zone, referred to in Article 6(6)(3) of the Act – 24th August 2023 from 00:00 to 23:59.

Announced pre-auctions concern the eligibility of physical cross-border units located in synchronous profile zone, Republic of Lithuania and Kingdom of Sweden to participate in the main auction for the delivery year 2028 and additional auctions for individual quarters of delivery year 2025. In accordance with Article 4(2) of the Act, pre-auctions shall be conducted using dedicated IT system called “Portal Uczestnika Rynku Mocy” (https://purm.pse.pl). Each additional auction requires separate pre-auction. Pre-auctions for the additional auctions for all four quarters of delivery year 2025 will be held simultaneously.
