Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. with its registered office in Konstancin-Jeziorna, acting as the operator within the Act of 8 December 2017 on Capacity Market (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 2131 as amended, hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), according to Section 5.2.2.3 of the Capacity Market Rules as amended, announces the starting and closing dates and times of the pre-auctions for the supplementary auction for delivery period from 1 July 2025 to 31 December 2025 for:

• the zone referred to in Article 6(6)(1) of the Act – 3 March 2025, from 06:00 to 17:59 (UTC+01:00),
• the zone referred to in Article 6(6)(2) of the Act – 3 March 2025, from 06:00 to 17:59 (UTC+01:00),
• the zone referred to in Article 6(6)(3) of the Act – 3 March 2025, from 06:00 to 17:59 (UTC+01:00),

The announced pre-auctions concern the eligibility of physical cross-border units located in the synchronous profile zone, the Republic of Lithuania and the Kingdom of Sweden to participate in the supplementary auction for the delivery period 1 July 2025 - 31 December 2025.  In accordance with Article 4(3) of the Act, the pre-auctions shall be conducted using a dedicated IT system called “Portal Uczestnika Rynku Mocy” (https://purm.pse.pl).
