LitPol Link Sp. z o.o.
LitPol Link implemented the initial stage of the power bridge project between Poland and Lithuania by preparing various analyses and studies and obtaining any permits necessary for the implementation of this investment. As a result of the company’s activities arrangements was made concerning the final route, cost and financing of the project, as well as the model of the interconnection operation.
The mission of the administration company – to implement the first Poland-Lithuania interconnection - was successfully completed: the interconnection has been successfully operating since 2016. PSE and Litgrid, the only shareholders of the LitPol Link subsidiary, decided to liquidate the company on 19 June 2019.
JAO S.A. - Joint Allocation Office
The JAO is a joint service company of twenty Transmission System Operators (TSOs) from seventeen countries - 50Hertz (DE), Admie (GR), Amprion (DE), APG (AT), ČEPS (CZ), CREOS (LU), ELES (SI), ELIA (BE), EnerginetDK (DK), HOPS (HR), MAVIR (HU), PSE (PL), RTE (FR), SEPS (SK), Statnett (NO), Swissgrid (CH), TenneT (DE), TenneT (NL), Terna (IT), TransnetBW (DE).
It will mainly perform the yearly, monthly and daily auctions of transmission rights on 27 borders in Europe and act as a fall-back for the European Market Coupling.
TSCNET Services GmbH - Transmission System Operator Security Cooperation (TSC)
TSCNET Services GmbH is TSC’s service company. It develops new cooperation tools for control centres and provides integrated services for them – 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
