Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. with its registered office in Konstancin-Jeziorna, acting as the operator within the Act of 8 December 2017 on Capacity Market (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 610), informs that pre-auctions for the supplementary auction for the delivery year 2026 will not be conducted.  According to the “Announcement of the Minister of Climate on parameters for the supplementary auction for the delivery period relevant for the year 2026” the maximum volumes of capacity obligations for the zones referred to in Article 6(6) of the Act shall be 0 MW.
