• the possible bases for demonstrating the ability to perform the capacity obligation,
• how to withdraw a demonstration declaration.

Additionally, we would like to remind all Capacity Providers of obligation to demonstrate the ability to perform the capacity obligation for the third quarter of 2025. All Capacity Market Units that had capacity obligation in the third quarter of 2025 are obliged to demonstrate. The period for submitting demonstration declaration is from 1st October 2025 to 14th October 2025(inclusive).
