Graduated Faculty of Law and Administration and Postgraduate Studies in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Warsaw. In 2005 he completed legal training at the Warsaw Bar Association.
Eryk has been CEO & President of PSE since the beginning of 2016. PSE, state owned company, acts as the transmission infrastructure owner, system operator and balancing authority. Eryk has orchestrated and made the company walked through a deep cultural shift to the risk driven business model. Cybersecurity of company’s OT/ICS assets is one of the key objectives set out by the management board led by Eryk.
Lawyer by education, prior to joining PSE he spent several years at various roles within the Polish business and public administration. Between 2015 and 2016 Eryk was a member of the board of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. Between 2011 and 2015 he served as a general counsel at US company involved in the Polish shale exploration. Between 2006 and 2011 he was a partner in a local boutique law firm focusing mainly on energy law. Eryk also lectured at a number of university-level schools and served as an expert at several think-tanks.

Finished a law school and postgraduate management studies at the Warsaw School of Economics and Kozminski Higher School of Entrepreneurship and Management in Warsaw.
Many years of experience in strategic management in public sector. The Vice-Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration between 2005 and 2007. Former advisor of the Head of National Security Bureau and expert in the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland. In the years to follow, he conducted strategic projects in the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
In 2015, he was appointed as the Deputy to the Head of National Security Bureau.

Mr. Kozera graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, majoring in International Relations.
He has been working in the power industry for a number of years now. Mr. Kozera has held numerous managerial and executive positions in critical infrastructure and FMCG companies, as well as in the public administration sector. He was a member of numerous supervisory boards.
Mr. Kozera has been working at PSE since 16 March 2016, as a member of the PSE Supervisory Board.
On 1 August 2017 he was appointed the Executive Director in charge of People, Knowledge and Change, and was the acting Human Resources Department Director.

Włodzimierz Mucha graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Lublin University of Technology (majored in Power Engineering).
Since the beginning of his professional career he has been associated with Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne. He started his career in 2003 at PSE-Centrum, Generation and Transmission Programming Department – Area Dispatch Centre. In 2009 – 2010, he was Manager of the Analysis and Standards Division of the Development Planning Department. From December 2010, he served as Manager of the Planning Division of the System Development Department. In 2014 – 2018, he was Director of the System Development Department at PSE.
Since 5 October 2018, he has also been in charge of PSE’s Central Investment Unit.
As of 1 November 2018 he is entrusted with the responsibilities of Vice-President of the Management Board for System Development and Investment.
Tomasz Sikorski PhD. Eng.
Graduated from the Electronics and Information Technology Faculty of the Warsaw University of Technology at which he became M.Sc. in 1994 and the Doctor of Technical Sciences in 1999.
Started career at the Warsaw University of Technology in 1994. Dealt as part of research and development activities with issues related to electricity markets and computer systems supporting the decision-making process in the scope of management of power system operation under competitive conditions.
Associated since 1999 with PSE S.A. being in charge of administration of a mechanism for balancing the Polish power system. Takes part as a representative of PSE S.A. in national and international activities conducted by teams dealing with the development and implementation of market mechanisms in power engineering. The representative of PSE S.A. in the ENTSO-E's Market Committee.
