Announcement by Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. regarding the consultation process on amendments to the Capacity Market Rules arising from the draft of Revision Sheet No. RRM/Z/16/2026
What we are changing?
- Provisions regarding certificate validity.
- We are clarifying the deadlines related to the substitution of a planned demand side response unit for units with agreements concluded as a result of supplementary auctions and catch-up auctions.
- The method of submitting declarations regarding the monitoring of capacity agreements.
- We are adapting the provisions regarding the issue of invoices to the amendment to Polish tax law.
- We are clarifying the provisions regarding the adjustment of the capacity obligation prices for the capacity agreements lasting more than 1 delivery period and the methods of calculating penalties.
- We are introducing the possibility of filing complaints regarding decisions in the monitoring of capacity agreements process.
HOW CAN REMARKS BE SUBMITTED?
Remarks on the draft of the Revision Sheet may be submitted exclusively in Polish, electronically, using the form available below, and sent to the e-mail address: rynek.mocy@pse.pl by 28th July 2026 [1].
