Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. with its registered office in Konstancin-Jeziorna, acting as the operator within the Act of 8 December 2017 on Capacity Market (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 2131 as amended, hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), in accordance with Article 3(3) of the Act of 24 January 2025 amending the Act (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 159), announces that the supplementary auction for the delivery period from 1 July 2025 to 31 December 2025 will be held on 15 May 2025.

According to Section 9.1.4 Capacity Market Rules, the operator will publish the detailed auction schedule no later than 14 days before its start.
