Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A., acting as the operator within the Act of 8 December 2017 on Capacity Market (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 610, hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), in accordance with Article 38 of the Act, announced the preliminary results of the catch-up auction for the delivery year 2029. The results are available at https://www.pse.pl/web/pse-eng/catch-up-auctions.

Capacity agreements shall be concluded under a suspensive condition until the final auction results are announced by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, in accordance with Article 39(3) of the Act.
