With the implementation of the optimized Congestion Income settlement process for the Intraday Auctions across multiple Capacity Calculation Regions, using the Joint Allocation Office, starting from 05.05.2026, the redistribution process has been discontinued. From this day, data related to the determination of the final Congestion Income values are available on the Joint Allocation Office website: PuTo Cross CCR, as well as on the ENTSO-E Transparency Platform: Implicit Allocations – Congestion Income (Intraday).
Redistribution of Congestion Income from IDA.
Redistribution of Congestion Income from IDA on the borders SE4-PL, LT-PL, DE-PL, CZ-PL and SK-PL due to allocation constraints applied by PSE
Congestion Income values resulting from IDA on the borders between Poland-Sweden, Poland-Lithuania, Poland-Germany, Poland-Czech Republic and Poland-Slovakia are redistributed between TSOs from aforementioned borders. The redistribution is performed on monthly basis in order to ensure that Congestion Income share is not distorted by unintuitive flows due to the allocation constraints applied by PSE. Congestion Income is calculated according to the methodology in accordance with art. 73 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222
The final values of Congestion Income for each MTU after redistribution are published after each month on PSE’s website together with prices associated with allocation constraints, which are used to calculate final values of Congestion Income.2026:
