Podstawa prawna:

• art. 57 ust. 9 ustawy z dnia 8 grudnia 2017 r. o rynku mocy (Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 610 z późn. zm.),
• § 4 ust. 1 rozporządzenia Ministra Energii z dnia 13 września 2024 r. w sprawie wykonania obowiązku mocowego, jego rozliczania i demonstrowania oraz zawierania transakcji na rynku wtórnym,
• pkt. 16.1.3 regulaminu rynku mocy.
